The Amendment
A great evil is coming to Colorado this fall.
Though abortion is already legal through all nine months of pregnancy, a group of pro-abortion radicals wants to cement it into our state constitution and force taxpayers to pick up the bill for abortions.
If passed, teenage girls, women, and unborn babies alike would be at great risk.
- We won’t be able to protect teen girls from the predatory attempts of the abortion industry to convince them abortion is their only way out of an unplanned pregnancy.
- We won’t be able to pass laws protecting women being trafficked from other states into Colorado for forced abortions.
- We won’t be able to pass informed consent laws, leaving women at the mercy of an industry hungry for profit above all else.
- We won’t be able to prevent barbaric late-term abortion procedures where babies are poisoned and then ripped limb from limb.
- We won’t be able to outlaw horrific partial-birth abortions, which sadly do happen in spite of federal laws preventing them.
We won’t be able to pass ANY legislation restricting abortions in any way.
Coloradans for the Protection of Women and Children
Thankfully, the abortion amendment hasn’t passed … yet.
- There’s time to sound the alarm to common-sense Coloradans who don’t support abortions for any reason up until the moment of birth.
- There’s time to rally churches so they can vote NO on this amendment and then also care for women who need support when facing unplanned pregnancies.
- There’s time to stop this abortion and the violation it would impose on the consciences of tens of thousands of Coloradans opposed to abortion.
There’s time, but we need your support.
Coloradans for the Protection of Women and Children is an issue committee dedicated to stopping this abortion amendment so that lives are saved, and hearts aren’t broken by abortion.
We are letting people across our beautiful state know about the stakes and how we must all work together to defeat this amendment.

- Second, give a generous donation so our message can reach Coloradans in all four corners of our state.
- Third, volunteer to help in your community.
Already, the other side has raised millions of dollars in out-of-state funding to propagate lies about this amendment. They will deceive many people into believing their vote for the amendment is somehow compassionate towards women, but they are wrong. We must educate people about what’s really at stake, and we cannot do that without you.
